What happened
Fighting for my care of my stepson. The social worker was doing mine and my partners assesment for care of my stepson to then say that my daughter was underweight with no evidence to then have a private meeting with my daughters school to make a report that my daughter is underweight. We have took her to doctors to get weighed and there was no concerns about her weight we had a social worker to come and check gracie and there was no concerns and her case was dropped instantly and then my stepsons social worker emailed my doctors to check our doctors records without mine and his permission asking about any alcahol or drug use and our mental health seeing if were not capable of looking after our children but she cant find anything and at this time when she is wanting our doctors records she is no longer involved as she is under investigation which is alligal and she carried on trying to fish for something to try and use against us but keeps on failing. We have no case against me and my kids but only wanting care of my stepson we have so much evidence against her and her illegal activity which is going to be bad for her so she can keep digging because jt will add to my evidence
Impact on the family
This has caused to much anger and stress and made me worry about the safety of my kids we have had to move my daughter to a different school due to this as the school also didnt inform us about these private meetings and alligations in regards to my daughter and the fact they dismissed my daughters illness cyclic vomiting syndrome and i got so emotional and angry about all of this as they were aiming for my daughter
What needs to change
The system is broken alot needs to change for the safety of all adults and children and there shoukd be more support towards families instead of targating vulnerable families
