What happened
My ex partner violently attacked me held me captive and beat me the police phoned social services i was bulliex by all involved from day one they removed my son on the pretence of they didnt belive i could keep him safe enough from my ex i did everything they told me too councilling i did move home i did i am involved with dart ive been to. Ourt twice first time was horrible the social worker and her manager were sitting at the back of the court laughing at what they had done i told judge her response was well we are going to take a brake soon dose it really matter but it mattered to me i was seriously ill in and out of hospital with the damage the beating i had they did not believe i was that ill i went into hospital i was put on iv strong painkillers for a week the social worker phoned while i was in hospital and still didnt believe me the day i came home she sent a drug and alchahol tester to my home at 7 pm it came back as positive but how when id been in hospital on iv for a week i have never taken drugs in my life in court said i tend to belive you but you didnt fight it how was i to know you could they broke a woman who was all ready broke they say i have to do course work but not one social worker has worked with me since they took my boy no check ups complaints brushed under carpets i ask for advacated for me and my son but they ignore me here i sit and wait for my son to come home i grieve a son that has not passdd away bit you have to be strong cant show weakness they hold it against you i cannot cry why is crying weakness contact centres treat you with suspicion because they dont know your story they just assume you are the problem i hate being a victim im a survivor there is more to tell if you want to know more im awilling to give it all to you

It has broken us all i have two older daughters who want thier brother home safe
What needs to change
Stop treating victims as criminals
Make them wear body cameras to make them do theyre job professionly tbh it has to be scrapped and problems within the system be corrected
